About the Founder

Aditi Ratho established MindSparkle with the clear objective of helping students and young professionals achieve their academic and career goals, while fostering creativity in children through writing.

Aditi has over a decade of professional experience spanning Education Consulting, Risk Advisory, Public Policy, and Social Impact. She worked in consulting firms such as Alvarez & Marsal and Kroll, along with policy institutes and Intergovernmental Organizations like the Observer Research Foundation and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. She is also currently a scholarship applicant assessor for a leading University. Her education credentials are as follows:

• B.A. (Hons) University of Toronto (Awarded UofT’s Pearson Scholarship, valued at $200,000 given to 2 students in 2010, with a nomination from High School)

• IB Diploma Dhirubhai Ambani International School

Apart from work, she has also written an upcoming children’s book, and has a Certificate in Writing Fiction from the University of Oxford

Aditi’s academic journey and career has taken her across Toronto, Cambridge, & Vienna, before settling in Mumbai.
